Problem: Nationwide, 35% of defendants fail to appear for court dates, generating failure to appear warrants, resulting in offenders to be detained for days or weeks.  The costs of rescheduling court dates, detaining citizens and slowing down an already backlogged court system are staggering.  Courts that send unpaid fines to collection agencies give up a significant percentage of revenue and it can take much longer to collect this revenue.

Solution:  Providing reminders and notifications is a proven method to reduce failure to appear rates and improve cash flow. By creating message campaign template(s) and using standard .csv file(s), staff can run effective, time-saving campaigns to reduce FTA's and improve cash flow.
